Online Support Portal
SamaraTech database experts work as backup and overflow support for your DBA team. SRSS
DBA team is responsible for partial control of DBA functions, taking a leadership role and giving
staff augmentation to the client's organization.

status of submitted requests using the user portal or over the telephone.
